Theme: Masquerade.
wonderful event. with the exception of nervous Emcees and whack food.
i must say HHIG dressed up with the occasion.
who says we only know how to dance, we know how to dress up too.
the representation of me in white oufit and mask was to show the anonymity of a person from public eyes.
with hoodie in the cap, it represented the old skool.
many asked about my rather unusual dress up.
but hey, i answered, im still representing the culture through whatever.
Look up the screen! my name!
before i went on stage, i was nervous. many eyes on one, only on me.
before me, the lady who received the award didnt got much cheers from the audience,
but as soon as i heard my name called,
the crowds soon cheered and shouted.
and amongst i can see my crewmates standing up, and some others too.
i thank you all, friends, crewmates, everyone.
congrats to Abang and Colin too for receiving the award.
ever imagine what would the crew be without your existence?
if you have doubts about your answer, make the difference!
and to those who this may concern,
when the authorities asked all of yall to be down,
stop questioning the authorities,
when i say authorities it doesnt neccessarily mean a person, it may be the rules or the law.
do you need any else explanations when it comes to urgent matters?
unless with reasonable reasonings, its excusable.
nothing else to update besides me getting myself ready for bigger things...
look at how happy we are, i'd pray that moments like this lasts.
why do you think some people are always being picked,
for comps, perfs or smth good?
you wana say about unfairness?
think again,
would it be fair that those who worked really hard to get whatever they wanted,
to be wherever they wanted to be?
and some of you whine that some people are just born to be better dancers and what not.
i think otherwise.
they put their heart and soul into it, dedicate every time and space available be it in the dance studio or at home so that they can be someone someday.
and some of you? just wana sit down and continue dwelling?
make them as a source of your motivation,
to motivate yourself not to get lagged behind.
naturally if one sees the other improving, the rest will try to follow up too.
else they will get left behind.
its up to the individual to come up to that challenge or not.
so don't just laze around and complain to other people that you weren't given the opportunity.
you gotta open the door yourself to let the opportunities come to you. period.
